  • Sample roasting Protocol
  • Coffee foundation : Origin, Processing, Varietal and Variety
  • Practical Sample Roasting
  • Find roaster FC and SC

Day2       10:00 – 18:30 Hrs.

  • Sensory and cupping
  • Cupping Form (SCAA Cupping Form and Roaster Guild Form)
  • Cupping Protocol
  • How to take care of your roaster
  • Practical Roasting : End Temp/End Roast
  • Cupping

Day3       10:30 – 17:00Hrs.

  • Practical Roasting : Develop Profile of Roasting
  • Find the right way for specific coffee
  • Find Air Quality control
  • Cupping

Day4       10:30 – 17:00 Hrs.

  • Practical Roasting
  • Defects of Roasting and Flavor concerned
  • Cup Control by 6 Sample
  • Cupping and find the best cup
  • Examination : writing exam and Practical exam
  • Wrap up.
